Scope extraction from any project doc
PDFs, DXFs, DWGs, addenda. AI reads specifications and drawings the way an experienced estimator does — every panel, cable, conduit, luminaire, grounding detail, fire alarm circuit, data cable, containment.
Gap detection against real standards
Not a generic checklist. A rule engine cross-checks extracted items against DIN VDE 0100, IEC 60364, and DIN VDE 0108-100 clauses. Emergency lighting missing? Earthing electrode not itemised? Fire alarm segregation forgotten? Flagged.
EU regulation compliance built in
CPR 2024/3110 (in force since 8 Jan 2026), Digital Product Passport (registry live from 19 Jul 2026), EPBD carbon reporting, ISO 19650 BIM information delivery. Surfaced only on the items each rule actually applies to.

Vendor quote (parsed from an uploaded offer), manual (typed in), or AI-predicted (Claude Opus reasons about the item and suggests a price with reasoning, confidence, and sources — you approve before it commits).
