ScopeSense
Electrical scope check

See every electrical item before you price it.

Upload the drawings, specifications and addenda. ScopeSense extracts each electrical item, flags what is at risk of falling out of scope, and checks it against DIN VDE, IEC and current EU rules — then hands you one report of questions to send.

How a gap is found

The specification asks for five circuits. The drawing shows four.

Most expensive misses sit between documents. ScopeSense reads the specification and the drawings together, and marks where they disagree — with the clause and the sheet.

Emergency lighting circuit not on the drawing

Draft clarificationSpec 4.7 requires a dedicated emergency lighting circuit, but none appears on E-01. Please confirm it is in the electrical contractor's scope.

Spec against drawings

Items required in text but missing on sheets — and items drawn but never specified.

Addenda against the base set

Changes in an addendum are compared with what the main documents still say.

Every finding is traceable

Each gap points to a clause or sheet, so your estimator checks the source instead of hunting for it.

What you get

One report to send. One chat to ask.

Findings turn into a clarification report for the client, and every project has a chat that answers only from your documents — on every plan.

Ask where something is specified. Answers cite the clause or sheet, so you can check them.

Who supplies the fire alarm cabling?
Addendum 02 moves fire alarm cabling to the fire-safety contractor, but the main specification still lists it under Lot 4. Worth a clarification question. Add-02 p3 Spec 4.9
Which items need a CPR declaration?
The power cables fall under the CPR; the specification asks for a GWP declaration from the supplier. Spec 4.9

Standards and EU rules

The rules an electrical bid answers to now.

Extracted items are checked against installation standards, and flagged where current EU regulation applies — so declarations and product data are priced in, not discovered after award.

Focus and trust

Narrow on purpose. Careful with your documents.

Tender documents are confidential to you and your client. Here is what the tool does, what it doesn't, and where your files are kept.

Scope of the tool

Deliberately narrow

Built for one expensive problem: electrical scope that is missing when the price goes out.

  • Scope analysis of electrical and MEP tenders
  • Gaps, exclusions and clarification questions
  • Standards and EU regulation checks
  • A chat over your own tender documents
  • Construction management
  • General quantity take-off
  • A replacement for your estimator's judgement
