Summary of Terms §7, §11, §12

Using AI outputs & limitations

Last updated 2026-10-20

ScopeSense helps you prepare bids faster. It does not take responsibility for them. This page summarises the key points; the binding text is in the Terms of Service.

AI outputs are decision support

  • Scope extractions, gap findings, chat answers and draft texts are generated automatically. They can miss items, misread documents or be wrong.
  • They are not engineering, legal, commercial or procurement advice.
  • Check every output against the original tender documents before you send a bid or quotation.
  • We are not responsible for missed items, wrong extractions or lost bids.

Compliance checks are not exhaustive

  • Checks against DIN VDE 0100, IEC 60364, CPR or DPP cover selected points only.
  • National and local regulations, utility rules and project-specific specifications are outside their scope.
  • A passed check is not a certificate of compliance. A qualified person must review the design.

Your documents

  • Upload only documents you are allowed to use. NDAs and tender confidentiality rules are your responsibility.
  • Relevant content is processed by the AI providers named in the Privacy Policy. They do not train on your data.

Availability and backups

  • The Service is provided "as is"; interruptions can happen.
  • Keep your own copies of tender documents and of every bid and export you submit.

Payments

  • Stripe sells and charges plans and credit packs as merchant of record and calculates tax. Prices are shown excluding tax.
  • Subscriptions renew monthly. Cancel from the billing portal; it takes effect at the end of the period.
  • Credit and refund rules: Terms §4.
