What do credits pay for?
Scope analyses and project chat messages. A typical analysis uses about 45 credits and a chat message about 8. Larger tenders use more credits than smaller ones.
Is project chat included in every plan?
Yes — on Free, Starter and Pro. Every plan has every feature; plans differ only in the number of credits.
Which credits are used first?
Always the same order: trial credits, then monthly plan credits, then purchased pack credits.
Do pack credits expire?
No. Credits from packs of 500, 1,500 or 5,000 never expire, so a pack bought for one busy month can carry into the next.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The Free plan gives you 300 credits for 14 days without a card.
What happens when the trial ends?
Trial credits belong to the 14-day trial. To keep working, choose Starter or Pro.
Starter or Pro — how do I choose?
Use the credit calculator. If you regularly need more than 1,000 credits, Pro gives you 2,500 at a lower cost per credit. For an occasional heavy month, Starter plus a credit pack can be enough.
